Small Batch Sugar Cookies
Oops, I did it again! I made these cookies! Seriously, y'all, they're so good! And I only have a tiny bit of guilt because the recipe only makes 6 cookies, and not big batch of 36! That's good, right?...right? Less for me to devour? I've convinced myself that it's better like this. :-)
I don't change a thing to the recipe, so I'm just going to link you directly to the Dessert for Two recipe. By the way, she has some great cookbooks that focus on smaller recipes. Perfect for those of us who are cooking for one or two. Follow her on your favorite social media channels. Here is the link to the recipe: https://www.dessertfortwo.com/small-batch-sugar-cookies/
Here are some tools I use when making these:
This is the perfect small baking pan for this recipe. I actually got mine at Target, but you can get it here! Gold Cookie Sheet Small Nonstick Steel Oven Bakeware Pan 9"x13"
I love this parchment paper. I accidentally ordered the 12x16 size on my last order, but it's kinda working out! I just fold/tear it in half when using it in a 9x13 pan. Zenlogy 12x16 Unbleached Parchment Paper Baking Sheets (100 Pcs) - Exact Fit for Your Half Sheet Pans
Here is one of the Dessert for Two cookbooks. I think there are 3 with a 4th on the way. So good! Sweet & Simple: Dessert for Two
